Unpaid Kentucky coal miners have been blocking a train track for 3 weeks



Chris Rowe, 35, a coal miner who used to work for the bankrupt company Blackjewel, poses at the railway blockade protesting for unpaid wages outside of the Blackjewel mining complex in Cumberland, Ky.
