Not sure what the new hype is surrounding Manafort but Ukrainians know Manafort was an agent of Putin for almost 2 decades. Running operations in Ukraine, Russia, Montenegro, Georgia, US, etc on behalf of Putin. Kilimnik was Manafort's protege.
